- Before useplastic bending equipment, please check whether the heating tank is covered by foreign matter, and remove the slag, metal and other foreign matters in the heating tank.
- Turn on the power supply of the cooling water pump and make sure that the water circulation is normal. Don’t dry it
- Turn on the heating power, slowly adjust the temperature adjustment power knob to the maximum scale, and then turn the knob after the heating wire turns red. Turn back to the appropriate scale.
- In order to save power and use acrylic folding machinesafely, please unplug the heating power source when not using it for more than 3 minutes.
- Prepare enough cooling water. The cooling water temperature should not exceed 65 ℃. Excessive water temperature will damage the heater and cause damage to the heater. The hot bending effect has an impact. When the water temperature exceeds 65°C, the water pump will automatically stop working until the water temperature drops to a suitable temperature.
- After useacrylic line bending machine, first unplug the heating power source, and after about 3 minutes (after the water temperature drops slightly) unplug the water pump power source, the water pump will start again.
- When the device is not used for a long time, please put the accessories into the accessory box so that you can find the accessories smoothly when you use acrylic line benderagain. When working, the heating tank is a high temperature area, be careful of burns!
