How to use acrylic strip heater?
1.connect the water cycle pump, water pipe, prepare a plastic bucket with about 30 litters cold water, put the pipe inside.
2.Connect the power and power thermostat, turn on the acrylic sheet bending machine.
3.Put the acrylic sheet on the heating tube, heating several seconds.
3.After the plastic sheet be soft, then bend the shape as you want.
4.When finish work, turn off the heating switch first,then turn off the water pump.
Special Version:
1.Confirm the water cycle systems of acrylic folding machine is working properly before turning on heating switch.
2.Please do not adjust the highest temperature when just turn on the acrylic plexiglass tool.
3.Please change the water if temperature up to 50 °C to cooling down the plexiglass tool.
4.Finish, turn off the heating switch, then the pump.
